Adobe provides Lens Profile Downloader

Adobe just released a Lens Profile Downloader. With this software you can download other people’s lens correction profiles for use in Adobe Lightroom 3 or Camera Raw. Also availabe is their Lens Profile Creator that allows you to create your own lens correction profiles.

Both pieces of software are free.
